Phillip Moulay founded ITCOREPRO in Sacramento. He is by trade a network
engineer/consultant with many years of experience in LAN/WAN, operating
systems, and security. He holds many professional certifications such a
MCNE, MCSE, CCNP, CCDP and CISSP. He is also a current CISSP. He strongly
believes in the value of training and certifications as well as
practical experience.
Today, Phillip is responsible for three divisions: Professional Services, Technical Staffing and Training. ITCOREPRO is a Cisco Premier Security Reseller and a Microsoft Partner.
The company is CMAS and Small Business with numerous ties with the State
of California.
Recently, Phillip has designed and installed the Richmond Lab in California, Campus for
the Department of Health Services, and others. The long-term engagement resulted in
a successful implementation and project management of the state of
California's resources.
