For the last 10 years Todd has been an Operations Manager Cisco Systems. He just recently joined Cyber Communication as a part time consultant for issues surrounding facilities and plant management design and risk mitigation. He work directly with Santa Clara Air Quality, San Jose Fire Marshal, and prepared the San Jose city permits for the LN2 operations. He performed as the primary interface with contract manufacturers for outsourcing the advanced Halt and Hass studies and processes. He was project leader, ORT and Pre RDT evaluation and member Latent Component Defect and Systemic Solutions Teams. Todd was a key member of Cisco's Technical Council and winner of Cisco's RAS (Reliability Availability, Serviceability) award. Todd has authored Cisco LN2 Safety Guidelines and Cisco's Halt Hass failure analysis process. He is using his vast manufacturing, regulatory and environmental experiences to further Cyber Communication's facility disaster recover and business continuity practice.
